Owner of Woodmere Homes, Josh was born and raised here in Weber County and is still a lifelong resident. He has many ties to the community, especially within the realm of home building.

Josh has built custom homes since 2006. He understands the importance of a team effort and to include the buyer’s input in building their dream home. He cares about his clients and enjoy helping each and every one through the entire process, from start to finish, always adding that personal touch.

Director of Operations

My name is Chris Morris and I was born in Ogden, Utah. I and was raised in 6 different western states including Alaska & Hawaii and finally moved back to Utah in 2005 where I have enjoyed living ever since. I’ve worked in Finance & Funding and Business Management for over 30 Years. I attended Weber State University and Vista Collage where I received my degree in Business Administration. I have always had a passion for the home construction industry which fueled my hobby to flip properties from 1990 thru 2005. I came to work for Woodmere Homes in 2013. Woodmere gave me the opportunity to do two of the things I enjoy the most; handling business finance and working directly with clients on a one on one basis. I look forward to working with you through the construction process of your new home.

Designer

Hi, I’m Angel, owner of Angel’s Exterior and Interior design; I was born and raised in Liberty Utah, raised by Randy and Sandy Dalton owners of Master’s Carpet in Ogden Utah. And I have been working in the flooring business for 23 years, and decided to start up my design business in 2006. I have a passion in what I do, I make sure that I keep up on all the new trends, and help your dream house become a reality, I also put my heart into every home has if it were my own, I do things 100%, and take pride in making this building experience the BEST for all my customers. So can’t wait to be a part of your dream, hope to see you soon, Angel.

Real Estate Broker / Sales Rep

My name is Blair Cottle and I was born and raised in the Weber County area of Utah. I attended Weber State University and graduated with a business degree in 1987.
I’ve always had an interest in the real estate industry. I began working in the property management field back in 1990. I also became involved in flipping properties from 1990 thru 2005 here in Utah and also in Dallas, TX.
I learned quickly that this was a great deal of work but quite rewarding at the same time. I worked directly with both the design of each individual home and the labor of getting the work done.
In 2005 I was hired as a real estate assistant which opened the doors for me to obtain my real estate license shortly thereafter. I returned to school in 2017 to become a licensed broker and I’m still working as one to this day.

I love what I do in helping people make their dreams of homeownership a reality. Over the past several years I have been honored to be among the top 250 realtors along the Northern Wasatch front based on volume of sales. I hope to continue on this path for as long as I’m able.
In my free time you will find me enjoying my favorite pass time of working in my yard with one of my yard cats always by my side. I look forward to each and every new client interested in purchasing a new construction home and assisting them throughout the process anyway I can.

As an independent mortgage broker, I work with a wide network of banks and lenders to find the best rates and loan options tailored to your specific financial needs  so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom to two amazing daughters. I love spending time with my family, supporting our local community, and enjoying the outdoors.
